Estate and Probate

Taylor & Boguski has substantial experience with estate and probate cases.
Pro bate is the process by which a deceased person’s debts are paid and assets are distributed. Estate administration includes transfers of the deceased’s assets. Our probate, estate and trust administration practice includes representation of executors, trustees and guardians. Let us handle your estate and probate needs.

Probate administration
Probate is the legal process by which a deceased person’s debts are paid and assets are distributed. The attorneys at Taylor & Boguski guide executors through the probate process, including transferring assets from the decedent to his or her beneficiaries. We work with both small and large, complex estates.

Estate administration
Estate Administration includes the probate process as well as non-probate transfers of the deceased’s assets. Individual state laws direct the probate court how to distribute the deceased’s estate. State laws and procedures vary greatly, so it is important to consult an attorney with expertise in this area of the law to ensure that the deceased’s assets are distributed correctly.

We have experience with both small and large, complex estates.
For complex estate matters our services include the preparation of the estate plan and consideration of port-mortem estate planning, such as disclaimers, special use valuation and the payment of estate taxes in installments for certain closely held business owners.

Our probate lawyers have experience in New Jersey courts.
Taylor & Boguski probate lawyers have experience in New Jersey courts, including the Mount Laurel, NJ, and South Jersey areas. We are dedicated to our clients, and we give each client the personal attention necessary for the quality legal services they deserve.
